Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Evenings and weekends by appointment, which is often the only time working families can actually talk. During ACA Open Enrollment (November 1 through January 15) I keep extended hours, because that is when the deadlines are real.
What to have ready
You do not need to prepare anything to call. But if you want the first conversation to be productive, it helps to have:
- Your ZIP code and the ages of everyone who needs coverage.
- A rough estimate of household income for the year, which determines subsidy eligibility.
- The names of the doctors and hospitals you want to keep.
- A list of prescriptions, including dosages.
- Your current plan and premium, if you have coverage now.

I am also licensed in AK, AL, AR, AZ, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MO, MT, NC, NV, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA and WV, so if you moved out of Florida or split the year between two states, call anyway.
What I cannot help with
I do not handle employer group benefits administration, dental- or vision-only policies, auto or property insurance, or disputes over claims on a policy you did not buy through me. If that is your situation, tell me and I will point you in the right direction rather than waste your time.
